Magnet Forensics acquires Dark Circuit Labs

Magnet Forensics, a global leader in digital investigations solutions, today announced the acquisition of Dark Circuit Labs, a US company specializing in advanced vulnerability research and exploit development. In addition to strengthening its research capabilities, this acquisition expands Magnet Forensics' ability to support federal projects, thanks to Dark Circuit Labs' US facility accreditation.

Dark Circuit Labs provides tools for U.S. offensive cyber operations, contributing to national security with vulnerability research, novel obfuscation techniques, and understanding target functionality. These skills will strengthen the Magnet Forensics vulnerability investigation team. His work is key to obtaining information on modern digital devices, in line with Magnet Forensics' mission of assisting law enforcement and federal agencies through computer forensics solutions.
