1. Declaration of Commitment

Byteinseyets Inc, RUT 77.128.254-7, declares its absolute commitment to the highest standards of probity, transparency and regulatory compliance. The company states that:

No bribes, gifts, improper payments or favors of any kind will be offered or accepted.

No donations, contributions or benefits will be made that could be interpreted as an attempt to unduly influence.

All actions will be governed by principles of integrity, ethics and responsibility.

This commitment is disseminated throughout the organization and is reflected in internal protocols, contractual annexes and the Non-Corruption Act that each worker must sign upon joining.


2. Commissioner for Crime Prevention (EPD)

The Company appoints as Crime Prevention Officer:

Don Gonzalo Ortega Cartés,

who will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating and reporting all actions related to the implementation and continuous improvement of the model.


3. Risk Identification and Mapping

The company has identified as the main focus of risk the interactions of workers with public officials, in which situations of bribery, influence trafficking or bribery could be generated.

Specific controls, regular training and clear protocols of conduct are established.


4. Policies and Protocols

Conduct and crime prevention policies are detailed in the contract annexes that each worker signs upon entry, as well as in the Non-Corruption Act. Among other things, they regulate:

Acceptance or delivery of donations and gifts.

 – Relationships with suppliers and customers.

 – Relations with authorities and public officials.

 – Registration and traceability of any authorized deliveries.


5. Complaints Channel

The company has a confidential complaint channel, enabled on its website, through which irregularities or infringements can be reported. The retention of identity, the protection of whistleblowers and the traceability of each case are guaranteed.

6. Training

Staff receive training in crime prevention at least three times a year, within the framework of continuing training and CARIM Law enforcement. These days reinforce the principles of Law 20.393, internal protocols, the use of the complaint channel and the importance of fairness.

7. Ticket and Registration

The company maintains an official log of complaints and controls, in which each reported case, the measures taken and its resolution are documented. This record is part of the traceability required for evidential purposes.

8. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

The Board and EPD conduct a biennial review of the model, in which its effectiveness is assessed, regulatory changes are incorporated, and areas of greatest risk are strengthened. In this way, the model remains current, updated and aligned with international best practice in crime prevention.

ANNEXES

Annex I: Anti-Corruption Practices

Contractual document that establishes the terms and conditions for workers, employees, partners and promoters of Byteinseyets Inc, as part of the implementation of the Crime Prevention Model adopted by the company. It includes representations, obligations, penalties and the establishment of domicile and jurisdiction for legal purposes.

Annex II: Anti-Corruption Practice Programme

Complementary document that reinforces Byteinseyets Inc’s commitment to Law 20.393 and international anti-corruption regulations. It details employee obligations, penalties for non-compliance and procedures for protecting the company from legal and reputational risks.
