MODULAR AND FOLDABLE FARADAY ENCLOSURE FOR LABORATORY, WITH DOUBLE GLOVE AND MULTI-PORT FILTER
The Mission Darkness™ BlockBox Touch Pro is an innovative, modular, foldable, and portable analysis booth for mobile devices. It includes a patented aluminum glove-mounting plate with two integrated replaceable conductive gloves, a shielded filter (USB or multi-port), device display window, extra-large interior space, and a replaceable Faraday enclosure. Together, these features allow the operator to access and extract data in the field, in addition to connecting the devices to a charging source.
Specifically designed for forensic investigators in police and military forces, the BlockBox Touch Pro allows operating devices ranging from cell phones to laptops, performing triage, analysis, and data extraction while maintaining an internal environment isolated from RF signals.
Thanks to the high-speed filter, time-sensitive data can be extracted in hours rather than days. In addition, the ability to keep devices charged indefinitely avoids lock mode and reduces the time needed to crack access codes, allowing maximization of data extraction and unlocking with tools such as GrayKey, Cellebrite, XRY, BlackBag, Oxygen, among others.
The replaceable enclosure of the BlockBox Touch Pro is built with two layers of high-shielding TitanRF™ Faraday fabric, plus a patent-pending RFMagLink™ magnetic closure system and foldable carbon-fiber structural walls with friction hinges, which keep the booth firmly open during use.
What differentiates this product from other analysis booths is its ability to replace components independently by the user, including the conductive gloves, the shielded filter, the carbon-fiber structural walls, and the Faraday enclosure.
The BlockBox Touch Pro uses a unique "seamless, stitch-free construction" ("non-stitch seamless construction") method, designed to ensure that the RF shielding is not compromised at any junction point.
This user-repairable modular system extends the product's lifespan in case of wear, punctures, contamination, or damage to the unit.
The RFMagLink™ closure system of the Faraday chamber allows the booth to be easily opened and closed via a multilayer magnetic seal that keeps the closure secure at all times.
This type of closure is especially valued in forensic applications because it significantly increases the product's durability, compared to Faraday booths that use Velcro closures, which can damage the conductive gloves and wear out quickly due to frequent use and the force required to open them.
